If you want to return goods because you have changed your mind: At our discretion we will exchange goods or provide credit vouchers to the value of the original purchase providing the goods are returned within 30 days and in the original state they were sold to you. For these items the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Goods returned which are not faulty may be exchanged at our discretion but not refunded. Returns procedure for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: Please contact us for further instructions and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.įaulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced or repaired in the first instance or refunded if no replacement or suitable exchange is available. If your goods have been damaged during delivery, please keep the packaging in which the goods were delivered in case the courier company needs to inspect it or we request a photo to be sent.

If any defect is found, then we shall repair or replace the goods, and refund the full cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but no later than 30 days from receipt by you.
